We are proud to announce that PKF/POST Pallets acquired PPC Pallets Vriescheloo on 1 January. The manufacture of boxes and crates is not included in this acquisition.
The acquisition fits in with PKF/POST Pallets’ strategic growth plans and represents a further expansion of the customer portfolio. The PPC site in Deventer had previously been successfully added to the PKF/POST group. With Vriescheloo, the second and final location of the PPC Pallets group has now been acquired.
The takeover of the pallet operations by PKF/POST Pallets builds on a partnership that has already existed in practice for some time. Both parties therefore view the acquisition as a logical and natural next step, ensuring continuity and quality for customers.
