PKF/POST Pallets is making a significant investment in the further digitalisation and automation of its production lines in Finsterwolde and Venlo. With this innovative step, we aim to reduce heavy physical labour and increase efficiency.
Through the use of advanced robots and smart automation, repetitive and strenuous tasks are being taken over by machines. This not only ensures a healthier working environment for our employees, but also increases production capacity and the quality of the pallets.
Our employees remain essential to the production process, but thanks to this technological progress, they will take on a more coordinating and supervisory role.
We are investing not only in machinery, but also in our people by training them for these new work processes.
With this modernisation, PKF/POST is taking an important step towards sustainable and future-proof production, where innovation and job satisfaction go hand in hand.
This investment is made possible in part by a contribution from the European Union’s Just Transition Fund (JTF).
